Accessibility Statement

Cited Co wants every visitor to be able to read, navigate, and use citedco.ai, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this site.

Our status

citedco.ai conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. A few third-party tools we embed are outside our direct control; they are listed below with a direct way to reach us if any of them gets in your way.

What we have done

In October 2026 we audited the homepage, contact page, and blog posts with automated testing and manual review, then fixed what we found:

  • Links inside paragraphs are now underlined, so they do not rely on color alone.
  • Faint fine print on our dark backgrounds was brightened to meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal text.
  • The site allows pinch zoom and text resizing, has a skip-to-content link, shows a visible focus outline for keyboard users, and gives images text alternatives.

We keep a dated log of every accessibility change, and new pages and posts are checked before they publish.

Third-party content

  • Booking form. Our strategy session form is provided by Fillout, a third-party service. We do not control all of its markup. If it gives you any trouble, email or call us and we will book your session directly.
  • Free AI visibility scan. The scan tool at tool.citedco.ai is a separate application. We are reviewing it against the same standard. If you cannot complete it, contact us and we will run the scan for you.
  • Decorative text. Some large background lettering on the homepage is decorative and intentionally faint. It carries no information.
