Living with Lolo
The situation
Living with Lolo is a full-service luxury interior design and design-build firm in Scottsdale. The firm has won Phoenix Magazine’s Best Interior Design award three years running (2024, 2025, 2026), holds an active Arizona ROC general contractor license, and has been recognized by Arizona Foothills as a top innovator.
When we ran the baseline AI visibility scan, Living with Lolo scored 42% overall across four platforms. On Claude, the mention rate was just 17%. The firm had strong real-world credibility. AI tools had almost no way to describe it.
The business had the reputation. AI tools did not know how to talk about it.
What we built
Schema markup on the homepage and about page, structured around LocalBusiness and Person types with explicit credential and award references. A content calendar targeting the specific queries Scottsdale-area clients use. Entity optimization so the firm’s Arizona ROC license number, award history, and founder credentials were accessible in structured form.
The result
By month three, overall visibility reached 65%, up 23 points from the March baseline. Claude went from 17% to 75%. Gemini hit 75%. Perplexity hit 67%. First-place positioning on 23 of 48 tracked queries. When Living with Lolo appears in an AI answer, it is almost always named first.
